Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the release of O Brother, Where Art Thou? - the film soundtrack responsible for the bluegrass revival of the early 2000s.

Tonight's programme celebrates the 10th anniversary of the release of 'O Brother, Where Art Thou?" - the album responsible for the bluegrass revival of the early 2000s. Produced by T Bone Burnett, The Coen Brothers film soundtrack was inspired by bluegrass, country, gospel, blues and folk music of the 1930s and included contributions from Gillian Welch, Ralph Stanley, Alison Krauss and Dan Tyminski. Despite little radio support 'O Brother, Where Art Thou?' became a multi-platinum-selling album and a surprise winner at the CMA and Grammy awards in 2001. Bob also plays tracks from the brand new 10th anniversary edition of the album which includes previously unreleased material.
