Russell Kane begins his comedy tour of British coastal towns in his home town of Southend. He's joined by Carl Donnelly, Rob Beckett, Henry Paker and Roisin Conaty.

Russell Kane hosts comedy and music on Radio 2 this summer, with a whistle-stop tour of six seaside locations. In the first show, Russell returns to his home town of Southend, with a show recorded at the Clifftown Theatre Studio.

He's joined by comedians Carl Donnelly, Rob Beckett, Henry Paker and Roisin Conaty, while music is provided by Beans On Toast and tribute band The Upbeat Beatles

Russell Kane won the 2010 Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Award after being nominated three times for the prize. A regular on television and radio, Russell has previously hosted Out To Lunch on Radio 2.
