Sarah Millican and Eddie Izzard - French Fancies and Fancy French

Wall-to-wall comedy this week as Graham was joined by Sarah Millican and Eddie Izzard, plus Deacon Blue's Dignity was the latest Tune with a Tale, as chosen by Jonathan McShane.

It was a show that had everything this week - summer fetes, rants about human right lawyers, man of mystery/newsreader Harvey Cook and an outcry over a missing Brummie accent.

Sarah Millican popped in to talk about her forthcoming Edinburgh Festival show as well as why she needs her fans to give her more celery and less cakes, and after 12 Eddie Izzard took a break from being locked in a TV recording booth to talk about his forthcoming live shows.

Two tricky dilemmas presented themselves to Mr Norton and Ms McErlane in this week's 'Grill Graham' - Heather was trapped in a vicious cycle of buying presents for her ex's family, while Sally was torn between a fantastic new job and leaving her family.

Darren in Bolton (have you noticed how recently no-one is giving us their full names?) was the man responsible for this week's clunker in 'I Can't Believe It's Not Better' - Driver 67's 'Car 67'. But casting aside quality issues, many of you were outraged that we didn't play the version with the Brummie cabbie. We bow our heads in shame...

And Deacon Blue's classic 'Dignity' was the subject of this week's 'Tune with a Tale', as suggested by Jonathan McShane in Hackney. It's a song known and loved by millions, apart from a Mr G Norton of London who had been blissfully unaware of the song before now. Don't worry, we had a quiet word...
