Chris kicked off his four-day Children in Need extravaganza with a live Breakfast broadcast from the bottom of his back garden in Berkshire.

Chris kicked off his four-day Children in Need extravaganza with a live Breakfast broadcast from the bottom of his back garden in Berkshire. Last November, seven generous souls donated nearly half a million pounds to the charity, in exchange for the ride of their lives in seven Magnificent Ferraris.

The intrepid travellers set off in convoy straight after the Breakfast Show and will now drive through some of the most picturesque country lanes in Hampshire and Dorset before winding up at a luxury hotel in the New Forest. Then from 6.30 tomorrow morning they will be back back back with Chris on a hopefully sun-drenched balcony for Day Two of the Big Drive, Dine and Disco experience.
