Today's show was dedicated to Jake Humphrey's mum and dad for having him, so that he can be our guest star sports guy for the next three days.

Eirian Jones from Bangor in North Wales is going to appear on a TV programme today called "Stunts" for S4C and he will return tomorrow to mark it out of ten.

Racing driver Sir Stirling Moss OBE was today's Mystery Guest.
