This week on the Saturday Magazine John Toal finds out more about the Domesday project which was launched in 1986 and now 25 years on he meets up with a lady from the Red Cross who helped some Ethiopian men who were fleeing their country.

Author Michael Heppell is live on the programme with great ideas on how to save an hour every day! John’s gets some gardening tips at the Hillsborough Garden Show while Paula McIntyre makes a gluten free Orange & Almond cake with Cherries as part of Coeliac Awareness week.
