Matt Baker and Julia Bradbury head to Yorkshire's farming heartland - the Wolds. Katie Knapman is also on the coast, where she helps to add a touch of the Far East to Yorkshire's culinary tradition and John Craven reports on how 4x4's are being stolen in the countryside. Down on the farm, it is lambing time, and Adam Henson has got his work cut out keeping up with all the new arrivals.
