John Toal and the Saturday Magazine team will be in Sligo for the So Sligo Food festival. Paula McIntyre will be cooking a traditional Paddy's Weekend dish of Corned Beef and Braised Cabbage.
John Toal and the Saturday Magazine team will be in Sligo for the So Sligo Food festival.
Broadcasting live from Stephen's Street, John will be attempting to wow the judges of the World Irish Stew Championships and Paula McIntyre will be cooking a traditional Paddy's Weekend dish of Corned Beef and Braised Cabbage.
There will be live traditional Irish music from an all Ireland Fiddle champion as well as some live tunes with a Spanish twist.
John will be debating the origins of the perfect Boxty with some local producers and there will be the usual look through the Saturday papers and new music releases.
