The culmination of Radio 2's search for the Young Brass Soloist of 2011, which was recorded at The Royal Northern College of Music on Saturday 19th February.
This year's search for the Radio 2 Young Brass Soloist Award winner ended last Saturday as four players, accompanied by The Black Dyke Band, performed to a packed audience at The Royal Northern College of Music. Judges Paul Archibald and Les Neish reveal their winner on stage to presenter Frank Renton.
