Rick Stein co-hosts the show!

Celebrity chef Rick Stein came for breakfast and fished out his favourite tunas to play on the radio.

The King of Cods, the Prince of Prawns, the Lord of Lobsters. It was an honour to have breakfast with the man who's usually making it for everyone else, albeit in our studio rather than a snazzy kitchen.

From the humble beginnings of his first business in Padstow in the 70s, Rick Stein now owns four restaurants, a bistro, a seafood deli and a cookery school. Even the locals are referring to the plaice - sorry, place - as 'Padstein'!

But if you've never popped in for a fishy feast, you'll definitely have seen him on the telly. His cookery series' have taken him far and wide, from France to the Mediterranean to the Far East, bringing back with him a variety of tastes from the sea. And on top of all that, he's had time to jot down his favourite food combos in eleven of his own books.

Rick usually lives in Australia with his fiancee, Sarah, and her children Zach and Olivia, but still often comes back to his home in Padstow. The man even has an OBE to his name, for services to tourism in Cornwall!
