Sean Curran reports from Westminster on the day's events in Parliament where measures to replace control orders for terror suspects were announced by the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Secretary. The Prime Minister has maintained he won't be backing down on the programme to reduce public spending. And the Foreign Secretary insisted the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service has a viable future in spite of a big round of job cuts.
