Steve, Tim Smith and Janey Lee Grace are here for the second Big Show of the week. They are joined by the Australian comedian with a love of backcombing and eyeliner - Tim Minchin - and King of Chat, Sir Michael Parkinson.

The team try and out trivia each other with more brain-busting Factoids including what Ernest Hemingway concluded were the four things a chap had to do before he could be considered a 'real man', and how many sandwiches the first man to fly the Atlantic solo took with him.

In the top notch topical Talkie bits, Steve and the team discuss the rather inclement weather, how to protect your dog's tongue in the cold and why scientific research tells us that attractive women are more likely to give birth to girls rather than boys.

The Oldies today are chosen by Lin Ford from Northwich in Cheshire who treats us to a smoochy classic from The Osmonds, a ballad from Billy Joel and something upbeat from Iggy Pop.
