Former Beta Band frontman Steve Mason provides the playlist and producer Steve Lavine reveals the secret recording techniques behind the Tamla Motown catalogue.

Steve Mason began his career in 90s folky electro alchemists The Beta Band before disbanding to form King Biscuit Time and Black Affair. Now signed to Domino Records Steve released his widely acclaimed solo album Boys Outside. Steve reveals his influences and handpicks his favourite tracks for the Lunchtime Playlist.

Record producer Steve Levine (Culture Club, China Crisis, Motorhead, Gary Moore) amongst others, joins Nemone to reveal the secret recording techniques behind the legendary Tamla Motown catalogue using only the the original master recordings. The Temptations 'Ball Of Confusion' will be the first under the microscope.
