Orla Sims aged 10 from East Sussex is taking a Crab Claw into school today and she will return on Monday to mark it out of ten.

Today's show was entitled "We Love You Warm Clothing - You Are Our Chilly Salvation!" and was dedicated to all big coats, gloves, scarves, hats and mittens!

Today's Mystery Guest was former Commonwealth Silver Medallist, Karim Bashir who revealed that next week's Sporting Challenge is Fencing.
