Sean Curran and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's parliamentary team with all the day's news from Parliament. Sean reports on Prime Minister's Questions where the deputy Labour leader Harriet Harman challenges David Cameron on the impact of cuts to the police budget. He also reports on calls from a Conservative backbencher, Peter Bone, for the Government to "rule out" participating in any bailout for Ireland. Also on the programme, teachers tell the Commons education committee about bad behaviour in schools - and how to tackle it. It's a busy day for the Defence Committee, which hears from the new head of the armed forces, General Sir David Richards and also speaks to General Sir Nick Parker about operations in Afghanistan. And there's a report on proposed changes to the health service.
