Vanessa George is serving a jail sentence after she sexually abused toddlers and babies in a Plymouth nursery.
A serious case review says that the nursery "provided an ideal environment" for the abuse to happen. Victoria brings you the latest from a press conference, and reaction throughout the programme, including in the last few minutes from education watchdog Ofsted.
