Graham Stewart looks back over the career of FirstGroup chief executive Sir Moir Lockhead, who's retiring from the Aberdeen-based transport group after 21 years.
Our reporter Colin Wight catches up with Sir Moir, who tells us why his staff are more important than even his customers or shareholders.
Gillian Marles speaks to FirstGroup chairman Martin Gilbert to find out what makes Sir Moir tick, and transport expert Professor David Begg gives us his thoughts on whether FirstGroup will continue to operate out of Aberdeen.
