Live coverage of Prime Minister's Questions. Plus, should all school bullying incidents be investigated for racism? Text: 85058 (charged at your standard message rate).

Original stories from across the UK, news, sport, and exclusive interviews.
Live coverage as Nick Clegg stands in for David Cameron at Prime Minister's Questions, following the summer recess and ahead of the party political conference season (12 noon).

After PMQs, our panel of politicians have all led or attempted to hold leadership positions in their parties. Derby South MP Margaret Beckett is a former acting leader of the Labour party; Peter Lilley ran for the leadership of the Conservatives in 1997; and Tim Farron, Liberal Democrat MP for Westmorland and Lonsdale ran for the deputy leadership of his party earlier this year.

Also on the programm, a report into an attack on a fifteen year old white boy, by fellow pupils who were asian, is expected to say that all schools should be looking to see if playground bullying is racially motivated. Victoria hears from the boy's mother, Liz Webster (10.05am).

Plus, what makes a good male dancer? Ricky Whittle and Len Goodman give Victoria their thoughts (10.35am). And Victoria talks to workers and a subcontractor affected by the possible collapse of the property division of Connaught (11.05am).
