Nigel Ogden celebrates the highly influential American organ supremo George Wright with some of his recordings from the 1940's and 50's that revolutionised the way that a theatre organ was played. During a career that spanned over half a century George Wright built up an almost cult following, particualry within the USA as his ideas on various technical aspects of how the sounds were produced and the way the stops are combined have been taken up world wide.
