Theatre impresario Bill Kenwright swaps the footlights of the West End for the microphone of Radio 2, and introduces his unsuspecting audience to the wonders of his Golden Years.

Bill Kenwright brings his unending enthusiasm for the pop and rock of the late 50s and early 60s to the airwaves. This week there's another '20 Second Number One', 'We Did It Better' and a favourite 'B-Side' from the harmonious Everly Brothers. Plus there's another Mystery Record from Producer Day for Bill to enjoy, or not, and we begin our brand new feature of Elvis Movie Songs. Tonight, we kick off, with 'Wild In The Country' in which the King (who plays Glenn Tyler) gets into a fight with his drunken brother then marries the girl next door.
