Claudia discusses the major new international exhibition Impressionist Gardens. Plus she talks to Philippa Gregory, leading historical fiction author, about her latest novel.

Claudia talks to leading historical fiction author Philippa Gregory. Philippa is published in over 20 countries globally, her book The White Queen went to number one in the Sunday Times bestseller list and remained there for weeks and Philippa is one of the most popular authors in her genre.
She's known for her novels on Tudor women, she's been a big contributor to the recent Tudor craze. Her book The Other Boleyn Girl was made into a Hollywood film with Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson. She believes the War of the Roses is the next big thing, that they're madder and badder than the Tudors.

Plus, Claudia discusses the major new international exhibition Impressionist Gardens.

It consists of around 90 works including loans from collections around the world, and will be the first to be devoted to this subject. There'll be examples by Monet, Pissarro, Renoir, Manet and Sisley. The exhibition will also examine the continued significance of the Impressionist garden to the generation of artists working immediately after the Impressionists, such as Cezanne and Pierre Bonnard.
