Mark and Stuart have a live session from folk vocal trio, Coope, Boyes & Simpson.

Coope Boyes & Simpson formed in the early 1990s after Barry Coope accompanied Jim Boyes on a record he was making with John Tams. Having previously been a member of vocal group Swan Arcade, Jim fancied a return to all-voice work and recruited Lester Simpson to complete the trio.

Their subsequent career has included an acclaimed collaboration with the author Michael Morpurgo at the National Theatre [Private Peaceful] while their latest album, As If, came out last month.
