David Cameron reveals to MPs the findings of the inquiry by Lord Saville into Bloody Sunday when 13 people were killed after Parachute Regiment soldiers opened fire during a civil rights march in Londonderry in 1972. MPs consider fresh changes to the way the Commons operates. And the Government faces renewed challenges over its proposal to extend anonymity to defendants in rape trials.
