Only 10% of hill farmers, who tend some of England's wildest landscapes, have applied for a new environmental payment scheme.The Tenant Farmers Association says that could be 'disastrous'. Plus, the country's food production relies on migrant workers but what sort of impact does their arrival have on rural communities?
