Dr John Briffa talks about his latest book ‘Waist Disposal’ – the Ultimate Fat Loss Manual for Men. He maintains that common sense and a stack of science dictate that the best diet is one based on foods we’ve been eating the longest – the primal diet!

John steps back in time to the Victorian age and pays a visit to the oldest school in Ireland which is still in its original building - Annsborough Integrated school just outside Castlewellan celebrates 175 yrs.

Vet Alistair Gibson is live in the studio to take your calls and Chef Paula McIntyre cooks a real old fashion favourite Peanut Brittle with sweet carmel ice-cream.
