Local Hero Westwood Talks Charity Shops

Westwood drops in on Trevor and Gemma to reveal where he's off to for the day's volunteering challenge.

Westwood is bringing a little joy to the community by taking on a different volunteering challenge each day. He dropped by the studio to give Trevor and Gemma the skinny on yesterday’s challenge – helping out in a charity shop with some assistance from Alexandra Burke!

He also revealed today’s task – Gemma and Radio 1’s Scott Mills will be joining the Big Dawg as they head to the River Thames for a bit of a clean up operation.

Plus, with news that Adrian Chiles will no longer be presenting The One Show, Gemma tried to persuade Trevor he’s the ideal man for the job. She even attempted a little on air audition, putting Mr Nelson’s skills to the test.
