Frank Renton reviews the latest CDs and features some listeners requests. Including Eikhanger, The Hendon Band with the brilliant Philip Cobb and a track from 'Brassed Off'.

Frank Renton has often said that The President's Own United States Marine Band is one of the finest in the world and tonight he features their latest CD ''Feste' along with a new release by arguably the best band in Europe, the Eikanger Bjorsvik Band. Philip Cobb, now Co- Principal trumpet of the London Symphony Orchestra was principal cornet of The Hendon Band of the Salvation Army and he's featured on the latest CD Cristo Redentor. And with a special request, a band says farewell to a conductor who has been with them for a decade and who has led them to great success over the years.
