Donal investigates the online ticket agents reaping profits at the expense of fans, and the odds stacked against them finding tickets for sale at face value.
Music and sports fans are increasingly forced to pay way above the going-rate for tickets, as they are pushed towards so-called 'secondary websites' to get hold of tickets for sold-out games and gigs. But who is behind these sites? The Donal MacIntyre programme investigates the role promoters and ticket agencies have in the buying and selling of tickets, and their part in pushing up prices at the cost of concert-goers and sports fans across the UK.
Debt claim companies have forged a highly profitable market with the promise to help customers cancel their debts by combing the small print of credit agreements. If they find a fault, they can appeal to a court to order credit card firms, and the like, to cancel the debt or offer compensation. But is this too good to be true?
And Donal reveals this week's MUP (Made Up Phenomena), a news story where the truth has been stretched just a bit too far.
