As the reporting season for banks got underway last week, we heard further details about the levels of bonuses being paid for by the taxpayer. Meanwhile, there were howls of protest at a rise in profits at British Gas with claims that customers were being fleeced. So how do you sell the message that good news for shareholders can also be good news for customers?
