A leading vet has called for "Dog Asbos" to be handed out to protect people against aggressive dogs. Are dog owners insensitive to those who don't have pets?

Reports say a judge in Haiti has freed eight of the ten American missionaries charged with kidnapping children after last month's earthquake.
