National "sickie" day - what's YOUR excuse?

Trevor Nelson and Gemma kick start the morning.

So today is the day that more people pull a sickie than any other. We ask for the best/worst excuses ("my hampster kept me awake running on the wheel" to "my fake tan wasn't right).

We also talk body image and ask make up artist to the stars, Kevin Fortune, to deliver a top tip for us. hang tight all the man dem who wear make-up ;)
