Aled Jones says Good Morning Sunday to Sir Ranulph Fiennes. Former RAF Flight Lieutenant John Nichol discusses the news from a faith perspective and gives the Moment of Reflection.

On Remembrance Sunday, Aled says Good Morning Sunday to Sir Ranulph Fiennes, whose father was killed in action in the Second World War, before Sir Ranulph was born. And former RAF Flight Lieutenant John Nichol, who was shot down in Iraq during the first Gulf War, discusses the week's news from a faith and ethics perspective and gives the Moment of Reflection.
