Carol Thatcher retraces her mother's footsteps in Grantham, Marie Ashby meets the war vets fighting for a new deal for returning soldiers, and Kylie Pentelow looks at cycle safety.
It is in November we remember those who gave their lives for our freedom. But for those lucky enough to return from conflict, the battle has often just begun. After years in the military, some can't cope with life on civvy street; others end up living rough on it. Marie Ashby follows one veteran's extraordinary mission to give returning soldiers the fighting chance they deserve.
Carol Thatcher retraces her mother's footsteps in Margaret's home town of Grantham. The film includes rare archive pictures thought to be Maggie visiting Belton House as a school child.
Kylie Pentelow cycles through the East Midlands to ask how safe it's been made for cyclists.
