Dame Shirley Bassey joins Robbie Williams, Smokey Robinson, Dizzee Rascal, Doves, Magazine, Florence And The Machine and Metronomy to complete the stellar line-up of acts at this year's Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Electric Proms.
