Toby prepares for early spring by planting bulbs and propagating. Carol celebrates the perfect flowers to grow for late summer colour. Plus a look at Greenacres' prairie border.

The stunning naturalistic planting at Trentham Gardens in Staffordshire proves the inspiration for the team to look at Greenacres' own prairie border. Toby is planning ahead - preparing the border for early spring by planting bulbs and looking at plants that can be propagated at this time of year.

Joe's returned from Trentham with some new ideas on plant combinations and how we can adapt them in the Greenacre borders.

It's also time to add alliums into the garden so there's a chance to find out all you need to know about them from experts at the Royal Horticultural Society.

Carol's in her Devon garden celebrating the perfect flowers to grow for late summer colour - asters and rudbeckias.

And it's time to meet the third finalist in the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Gardener of the Year competition as the judges visit them in their own garden and put their gardening skills to the test.
