Brian Matthew has facts, figures, trivia and hits, rarities, B-sides and obscurities from the 60s. Plus The Honeymoon Song in the A-Z of The Beatles.

Brian Matthew presents the programme for all fans of the music of the 1960s. With facts, figures and trivia as well as the classic hits, rarities, B sides, obscurities, instrumentals and album tracks, the selection sweeps right across the most important decade for popular music from beginning to end.

Including requests, dedications and regular features. The A-Z of The Beatles works its way through their entire catalogue and this week features a track that wasn't issued commercially until 1994 - The Honeymoon Song. The version was recorded for the radio show Pop Go The Beatles (1 August 1963). There's also Stuck On Two, The Song Swap and Playing Hard To Get.

Sounds Of The Sixties began in 1983 and Brian has been at helm since 1990, bringing to the programme his distinctive voice and unmatchable experience of 60s pop shows.
