How dirty are our hospitals?
Graham Stewart takes your calls after a leading superbug expert urges holding off minor operations because of the C Diff threat.
With deaths caused by C Diff on the rise, Scotland's leading superbug expert, Professor Hugh Pennington, recommends putting off minor operations unless we're satisfied with standards of cleanliness. It comes as the NHS in England launches a website where patients can compare hospitals on things like their cleanliness, infection and mortality rates and leave comments. Could that make a difference? Or are the solutions much more simple and practical?
Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
