Aled says Good Morning Sunday to former East End gangster John Pridmore. Plus Kate Saunders reviews her pick of the latest book releases.
Each week Aled Jones plays tracks from a broad musical spectrum that celebrates both our choral traditions and the vibrant world of modern music as well as spiritually uplifting and reflective music.
This week, Aled says Good Morning Sunday to former East End gangster John Pridmore. John had been brought up in a Christian family but turned to a life of crime in his teenage years. But it wasn't until a violent attack on a client, that he began to reevaluate his life choices.
And Kate Saunders reviews her pick of the latest book releases.
