The Flowers Band play music especially recorded for the show. They are conducted by Philip Harper and the programme is presented by Frank Renton.

From its beginnings in 1968 as the City of Gloucester Band through to the Flowers Band of today, the band has been one of the most successful in the area. They have been West of England Champion on five occasions, twice winner of the Grand Shield and gained podium places at the All England International Masters and English National Championships.
