Interim reforms to the system of MPs' expenses have been outlined by Commons Speaker Michael Martin. Under the proposals mortgage interest and rent claims will be capped at Β£1,250 per month and members will be banned from "flipping" the designation of their second home.
But Conservative leader David Cameron and First Minister Alex Salmond both say a general election should be called. What do you think?
