Glasgow-born multi-millionaire Azeem Ibrahim tells the story behind his meteoric success.

Hayley Miller speaks to self-made multi-millionaire and one of the wealthiest young people in the UK, Azeem Ibrahim. From humble beginnings in Glasgow's Maryhill, 33 year-old Azeem has built up a business empire which includes an insurance corporation, a private offshore bank and a hedge fund.
When the Queen's Awards for Enterprise were announced this week, one company recognised for its achievements was Aberdeen-based manufacturer Woollard Henry. Only seven years ago it was on the brink of closure, but its fortunes have changed since moving to employee ownership. Our reporter Gillian Sharpe takes a closer look at this increasingly popular business model.
