The Scottish budget
Graham Stewart takes your calls on the rejection of the Scottish budget, and asks you to nominate Scotland's most dismal town on the day the annual Carbuncles are announced.
With the country facing recession, what do you make of the fact that Scotland's politicians can't even manage to get a budget together?

Green MSP Patrick Harvie was furious about the last-minute nature of the negotiations.
Plus: The Carbuncle Awards for Scotland's most unsightly towns and buildings are announced live on the programme. We get your thoughts on the results and your alternative suggestions.
