In 1993, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ broadcast 'The Vandal's Tale' about three teens from a Cardiff council estate who painted graffiti to escape boredom and poverty. 15 years on, the trio, now grown men, reflect on whether graffiti is vandalism or art.
