The wait is finally over for football fans as the Barclays Premier League makes its return. It is a momentous day for Hull City fans as the Tigers play the first top-flight match in the club's 104-year history. Roy Hodgson's Fulham are the visitors to the KC Stadium, having preserved their Premier League status thanks to an amazing escape from relegation in May.
Newly-promoted Stoke City make the trip to Bolton whilst West Bromwich Albion face a testing encounter with Arsenal. Blackburn boss Paul Ince takes charge of his first Premier League match as Rovers take on Everton and Liverpool face an early test against Roy Keane's Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
