A Scottish man is thought to be among four people who've been arrested in Beijing this morning after a pro-Tibetan protest. Do our politicians and athletes need to be more vocal about human rights? Or should we just celebrate the progress China's made in recent times?
Plus: Should mobility scooters be licensed?
You don't need a license to use a mobility scooter, yet there have been cases where drunk, disabled people have caused accidents while riding them. Without a licensing scheme people can't be banned from using them. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland reporter Ian Hamilton joins us to tell us more about the story.
