In the fourth programme of a series featuring country artists, Nick Barraclough is joined by the post modern king of western swing, Ray Benson.

Ray is the man who keeps the spirit of Bob Wills alive with his band Asleep at the Wheel. He pays homage to his heroes Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and to the new traditionalists, which include fellow Texan Lee Ann Womack.

Ray takes the time to reflect on his 40-year career which has seen him receive critical accolades, Grammy awards and chart success.
