...Pink Floyd at 40: The four members of the classic Floyd line-up - David Gilmour, Nick Mason, Roger Waters and the late Rick Wright - tell their own story.

Radio 2 celebrates the experimental and influential British band. The four members of the classic Floyd line-up - David Gilmour, Nick Mason, Roger Waters and the late Rick Wright, in his last ever radio interview - tell their own story from pre-Floyd days in the early 60s, right up to Nick & David's live appearance with Roger earlier this summer.

That story goes from their beginnings as The T-Set, a Cambridge-based blues band. They discuss their ground-breaking music, its equally innovative staging and packaging, the internal struggles that caused Roger Waters to leave the band in the mid-80s, and their subsequent resurgence with the biggest tour in rock music history.

This documentary was first broadcast on Radio 2 in 2007 to coincide with the band's 40th anniversary. It is presented by Janice Long.
