Top chefs John Burton Race and Angela Hartnett have searched the nation for Britain’s worst cooks.
Now the chefs each have a team of terrible cooks which they must attempt to whip into shape under severe boot camp conditions.
John takes introduces his Kitchen Criminals to a new main ingredient which they’ll need to master. The candidate who shows the least potential and least ability to learn will get eliminated at the end of the day.
In this episode the nine remaining Kitchen Criminals are trying to get to grips with beef. John demonstrates how to cook a simple but delicious beef and Roquefort salad and a classic steak with BΓ©arnaise sauce.
