Scotland's favourite gardening programme. Jim's talking upside down tomatoes and is feeling fruity as he prunes the grape vines and sorts out the fig. Carole, Lesley and Jim are all in their waders again but this time in the main pond to try and fix, or replace the leaky pump and hopefully resurrect the waterfall. Lesley and Carole are also back in the Alpine Garden to re-vamp another part of this miniature landscape garden with some help from show stopping plants brought back from Gardening Scotland. George Anderson is working with a group called Roots and Shoots, which is an initiative to encourage children in East Lothian to be involved in growing an ultimately eating what they have produced. With George's help, Roots and Shoots are setting up a brand new garden in Tranent that takes children through the process from plot to plate.
