Stefan Gates journeys to find out how people survive with the chaos of war all around them. He begins in northern Uganda, home to a civil war that's seen almost two million Ugandans forced into camps where they have to survive on food handouts. He then travels to Afghanistan, where people are struggling to feed themselves in a conflict that never seems to end.
